Purchasing information

Where do you ship?
We have several warehouses in Poland and always try to achieve a shorter delivery time. Normally you will receive your parcels within 4-7 working days. If your delivery address is in Germany, you can expect to receive your parcel within 3-6 working days based on our experience.
How quickly will I receive the battery after ordering?
We will arrange shipping for your order the next business day after you place your order. Generally, most of our packages are shipped from the warehouse in Poland. If you are in DE or AT, you can usually expect to receive your parcels within 3-6 working days. If your address is in the EU, you will usually receive your parcel within 4-7 working days.
How do you deal with returns?
The customer can return a product or request a refund up to 30 days after receipt. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If the refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for the payment bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
How do I track my order?
We will arrange delivery of your order the next working day after you place your order, and a shipment notification email with the supplier and shipment number will be sent to you automatically. And you can track your order according to the tracking information in the email.

Delivered but not received, where can I find my things?
If you have received the package but have not received it, you can contact us at any time. We will do our best to assist you in finding the product. Contact us atsale@noeifevo.com.
If my parcel is damaged or defective, what should I do?
If you have received a damaged or defective package, please contact us immediately at sale@noeifevo.com and send us a photo of the damaged package and product. We will process your complaint as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution for you, including refund or exchange.
