Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in Noeifevo Batteries' products and services. We are committed to manufacturing the most reliable batteries on the planet. If you have an issue with one of our batteries, we have developed a straightforward warranty policy to address the problem.

We offer a warranty against poor product performance when used correctly according to the product manual instructions.

Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using the product, and use the battery properly according to the instructions in the manual.


N100, N200, D4870 have a five-year limited warranty
This warranty applies only to the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structurally altered, or subjected to stresses beyond the physical limits of the materials used in the body or components, or if damaged due to abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear and tear are not covered.

Not transferable
This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable to any other person or organization. Please contact the place of purchase regarding any warranty claims.

Procedure for Warranty Claims
If our product does not function properly, the consumer assists us in completing all battery tests. Both parties confirm that the product has quality issues. We will send a new battery replacement for the faulty battery after it has been returned to our EU warehouse using the prepaid label we have provided.
From the date of purchase and within 6 months, if our products have quality issues and do not function normally, we can offer replacement or refund services. From 7 months after the purchase date until the end of the warranty, if our products have quality issues and do not function normally, we can offer exchange services.

General Terms and Conditions for Warranty Claims
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If the item is gifted or resold, the original purchaser must make the warranty claim. Original order information is required for the warranty.
All products returned for a valid warranty service will be shipped at our expense and risk. Customers must return the products to the specified location by the specified time.

Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer has no obligation under this limited warranty for products exposed to the following conditions (including, but not limited to):
Damage due to improper installation; loose terminal connections, changes in size, incorrect connections (series and parallel) for the desired voltage and AH requirements, or reversed polarity connections.
Environmental damage: improper storage conditions as defined by the manufacturer; exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures, fire, freezing, or water damage.
Damage caused by collision.
Damages caused by improper maintenance, on or by the product, dirty terminal connections.
Product that has been opened, modified, or tampered with.
Product used for applications other than those for which it was designed and intended, including repeated engine starts.
Product used on an oversized inverter/charger without the use of a manufacturer-approved current limit device.
Product that was undersized for the application, including an air conditioner or a similar device with a locked rotor starting current, not used in conjunction with a manufacturer-approved inrush current limiting device.
Product not stored according to the manufacturer's storage guidelines, including storage of the product at low fees.
This limited warranty does not cover any product that has reached the end of its normal lifespan due to use that may have occurred before the warranty period. A battery can only deliver a certain amount of energy over its lifetime, which varies depending on the application and time frame. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if, upon inspection, the product is determined to have reached its normal end of life, even if this occurs within the warranty period.
